hotel. Evening night safari (Singapore). Highlights: The Night Safari is the world's first nocturnal zoo and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Singapore. The concept of a nocturnal park in Singapore was suggested in the 1980s by the former executive chairman of the Singapore Zoo, Dr Ong Swee Law. Constructed at a cost of S$63 million, the Night Safari was officially opened on 26 May 1994 and occupies 35 hectares (86 acres) of secondary rainforest adjacent to the Singapore Zoo and Upper Seletar Reservoir. The Night Safari currently houses over 2,500 animals representing over 130 species, of which 38% are threatened species. The Night Safari is managed by Wildlife Reserves Singapore, and about 1.1 million visitors visit the safari per year. The Night Safari received its 11 millionth visitor on 29 May 2007.

It has a theme park in Pahang which is at a staggering height of 1800 meters on the peak of Gunung Ulu Kali. There is a lot more than the highlands offer. BATU CAVES: Batu Caves, one of Kuala Lumpur's most frequented tourist attractions, is a limestone hill comprising three major caves and a
number of smaller ones. Located approximately 11 kilometers to the north of Kuala Lumpur, this 100 - year - old temple features idols and statues erected inside the main caves and around it. Incorporated with interior limestone formations said to be around 400 million years old, the temple is considered an important religious landmark by Hindus. Cathedral Cave - the largest and most popular cavern in Batu Caves - houses several Hindu shrines beneath its 100 - metre - high arched ceiling. At the foot of Batu Hill are two other cave temples - the Art Gallery Cave and Museum Cave - which houses numerous Hindu statues and paintings.
